| The Company
was established upon the foundation of formal Changzhou
Chemical Machinery Factory and Changzhou Chemical
Equipment Factory after personnel and assets optimal
combination and restructuring. It is the member
of purchasing network of China Petrol Group, director
unit of China Chemical Equipment Association and
China Enameling Committee. It is also one of backbone
enterprises in China on pressure vessel, machine
manufacturing, enameling equipment manufacture.
The Company has class I, II and III certificate
of pressure vessel design and manufacture, enameling
equipment production license. A complete quality
control system is available. The Company supplies
economic and efficient equipments to the industries
of petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, pharmacy, steel,
environment protection. The products with prizes
are: Harrowing machine for first prize of State
Scientific-Technical Progress; stacker for third
class award of the State Great Technical Equipment
Achievement; JZM900 automatic stacker and 1.6MPa
enameling medium pressure reaction tank for national
patent certificate and recognized as state level
new product; harrowing machine designed for 52 ton
urea unit awarded as high quality product by Ministry
of Chemical Industry; liquefied petroleum gas tank
and enameling reaction tank awarded as high quality
product by Jiangsu province; 1.6 MPa enameling medium
pressure reaction tank and shell & tube exchanger
with national patent certificate. |
| The Company is located
at Xi Han Dong bridge of Chang Xin road in Changzhou
with convenient transportation condition, i.e. 20
km to Changzhou airport; 2 km to railway station;
18 km to Changzhou port; 5 km to Shanghai-Nanjing
express high way; 150 km to Shanghai; 110km to Nanjing.
The Company covers an area of 86000m2, with building
area of 39000m2. Engineers and technicians take
30% of total staff members. |
| The annual capacity of
pressure vessel and enameling equipment is 8000t,
plus other mechanical equipments. The Company has
advanced and complete CAD and modern office equipments,
10000L electric furnace and other large equipments
on plate shearing, stamping, roll bending, heat
treatment welding, expanding pipe, fault detection,
mechanical processing and physical and chemical
inspection equipments and devices. The main products
of the Company are: low, middle and high-pressure
reactor, heat exchanger, towers, filter (made of
carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel,
aluminum, titanium composite plate etc.); enameling
reaction tank, vessel, heat exchanger, distilling
tank, vacuum evaporator; stacker, bridge type bag
stacker, rotating equipment and other machines.
Unit maximum weight of equipment is up to 180t;
unit size is up to 7m× 7m; single-layer wall thickness
is up to 50 mm. |
